This man has been my mother's doctor for about 6 years. He either refuses or is too incompetent to find the cause and treat her illnesses correctly. Instead, he shoves pills down her throat for every symptom she brings to his attention. My mom just told me that she was flipping through her lab results taken a year ago that were left on the counter at the doctors office and it shows her BUN level(kidney function) has risen, which is not information that had been relayed to her by Dr. Stanley Pool. I am not in Houston to take care of her and I do not trust this man to do the job. This infuriates me. He is a joke. Would not recommend.

Dr. Pool and his staff were very nice...except for Maime. She was very rude and demeaning. HORRIBLE customer service. She ruined the whole experience for me and I never want to return because of the atrocious attitude I got from Maime. She is the reason my rating is so low. No one likes to feel belittled, especially at a doctor's office. Will NOT be returning again.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
