I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nicholson and his staff. Dr. Nicholson has taken care of my entire family over the course of the last 20+ years. The demeanor of his practice is relaxed and friendly. I never feel rushed through my appointment. I recommend the practice to anyone seeking good old fashioned quality care.

Very rude receptionist. Told me that I could not see this doctor (even though his name is on my insurance card) because of the previous doctor that I use to see. To me, it makes no sense to why I was denied service here. Baffled my insurance company too.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Dr. Nicholson is an awesome Dr. but you are going to be waiting between 2 and 3 hours to see him past your appointed schedule.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
