The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Office staff was rude and being a first time patient, I expected some sort of welcoming smiling face....that was too much to ask for at this office. I waited in a HOT small exam room for an hour and decided that I waited long enough. First visit and I walked out after an hour. They had no respect for my time, even though I had respect by showing up 15 minutes early. The office staff tried to justify my hour wait time...there is no justification. I respect your time and you respect mine. I am never ever that person to complain, but this was too much for a first time visitor. Would not recommend. 8/9/2011

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

He listens when you speak and is even understanding of issues you may have talking about personal or embarrassing medical situations. I have gone to both him and his fathers practice for many years and never had any problems. Office personnel in Dr's offices are notorious for being unfriendly. I wouldn't judge a potentially great Dr. relationship on one bad review of an office incident.

CHRIS OCCHINO'S AUNT IS IS THEIR OFFICE MANAGER. SHE SENT ME A LETTER TELLING ME THAT I WAS DISTRUPTIVE TO THE DOCTOR AND WAS NO LONGER WELCOME AS A PATIENT AT THEIR OFFICE. I HAD NO IDEA WHY I WOULD RECIEVE SUCH A LETTER. I CONFRONTED THE DOCTOR AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS FOR FINANCIAL REASONS ONLY (40.00 MIND YOU), AND THAT IT HAD NO BARING ON ME BEING HIS PATIENT. I CALLED HER AND CONFRONTED HER ABOUT THIS LETTER AND TOLD HER IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED THE OFFICE BACK AND AGIAN SHE TOLD ME I WAS NO LONGER WELCOME AS A PATIENT THERE. I FIND IT PRETTY SAD THAT FAMILY LOYALTY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PATIENT LOYALTY. ALL OF THIS OVER 40.00!!!
