They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.
