The young lady at the front office is extremelyed RUDE.She is rude on the phone and in person, i have seen her being rude to other people including myself and my husband. I wish there was another personto deal with because i like Dr. Nazir The office was easy enough to find.

My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
