I was suffering from tension headaches and insomnia for the first time (I'm in my early 30's) in my life and they just wouldn't go away. After several months I went in and discussed my options and asked if any diagnostic testing needed to be done, he did some sort of chiropractic neck realignment and gave me a prescription (never used it though), my tension headaches went away on their own after a couple weeks. The doctor was very personable and had an awesome bedside manner. I highly recommend this office :)
