Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was adequate but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would not visit them again. I was disappointed. This doctor gets many of his clients at his favorite local Spokane "working class" bars and freely dispenses medical opinions to any one who asks while constantly violating HIPPA laws. This doctor may very well benefit from going to AA meetings to help him sort out his own demons. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time

To "unsatisfied"...had you really given Dr Eastburn a chance you might have found out that he, himself, went through his own medical situation and was working in spite of probably being in severe pain. He should have taken a lot of time off but chose to see and take care of his patients instead.
Our family has been with him for over 10 years and feel as though the Eastburns are a second family. Dr. Eastburn works tirelessly to take care of his patients.
I will admit that sometimes it takes a bit to get in because of his patient load but I think that it's because people love him as much as we do.
to "unsatisfied"...I'm glad you've found another provider, leaves more space for me and my family. :)

I was a patient of his for over 10 years, had a major health event happen and afterwards he swore he would make himself available even though he was taking on a lot by having a full patient list as it was.. after having an apointment a month in advance, the day before it was canceled and rescheduled for another month later. for an urgent matter. then again a day before my apointment they rescheduled and i told them that i was unhappy and would find another provider, the lady told me to shove it. a half hour later she was forced to call back and offered me an apointment for 2 days later (why couldnt she have in the first place) BUT no, i told them i was unhappy and left.

Dr. Eastburn and his staff are wonderful loving people! I love having him as a doctor. He actually makes me look forward to my appointments!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, I felt informed when I left
