Great doctor!! Really cares about you and your family. Takes the time truly understand you and whatever might be ailing you. Very courteous and respectful. I wish I could clone him. :)

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open as needed to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Smith and his staff.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never, they are very reliable.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
