Dr. Lee is SLOW to diagnose or treat, even if you are giving him all the information he needs to proceed. He is unmoved by your illness/pain and maintains, "This is how I do things," regardless of what you need. He asked what it was I wanted him to do for me, and I responded that I wanted him to help me get out of pain. He started all over with his process of doing things, like a robot. This conversation ended with him telling me that I may want to go somewhere else. And, I will.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I am immediately greeted by t friendly staff. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions and are very knowlegeable.They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I especially appreciate that they always try and fit me in as soon as possible if an injury or health problem arises. I also feel that the Dr. Lee and Dr. Kim keep abreast of the current medical issues.

My whole family goes to Dr. Lee. Very nice person and his staff is very courteous especially Chris. I feel bad if my health isn't up to par because he is so nice.
