They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Half an hour to hour wait, the receptionist book three patient to slots. Dr. shepheard likes to hear himself talk, is conservetive with medication. His appearence is nice and demeaner is pleasent but is firm with his own opinion.
he has a tough it out an lose weight out look.His documentation is less to be desired and you can hear the staff talk candidly about other patient. I am acctually going to change my dr. because of these qualities.
