Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.
