No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. You're lucky if you get seen when your appointment is made and not rescheduled 2 or 3 times. If you have an HMO, plan on waiting at least a month for your referral to be submitted for authorization. The doctor is only there 1-2 days a week. The PA we saw was very attentive and helpful but she was the only one who was.
