Dr. Ricketts actually listens and his number 1 priority is making you feel better. I switched from Scripps in Carmel Mountain because the doctors there did not believe there was anything wrong with me. Dr. Ricketts believed me and I was diagnosed with SLE Lupus. You are not a number to him!! They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Had to choose a new doctor several years ago due to insurance changes at work. Found Dr Ricketts as being the closest to me and checked around my fellow employees to see if anyone had contact with him. 2 people had him and recommended him so I signed on with him in about 2004. I had many chronic medical conditions,all of which he recognized and treated correctly for me. I had to stop working in 2008 due to disabling medical conditions and would lose my insurance when COBRA ran out in 2010. Dr Ricketts knowing I was a Veteran,recommended the VA take over my healthcare. I did that and have been treated by the VA since 2010.....Im now eligible for Medicare/Medicaid and will look to continue my Dr/Patient relationship with Dr Ricketts. In addition,all staff and nurses in his office are professional and just plain nice folks....answer all questions....accomadate me quickly...Ive never had a bad experience there! Highly recommend Dr Ricketts!! Hope he stays in practice many many more years!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. However,I got an appointment quickly.
