This Doctor and his staff are HORRIBLY unpleasant people. First of all I prefer to talk to people in ENGLISH while I still live in AMERICA!!!! If you are going to run a business you might want to learn how to speak to people in a more appropriate manner.

Office is very professional and pleasant. I do need more communication when changes are made and why made to my prescriptions. This is however a new problem not one that has been a previous problem. I would definitely refer Dr. Knouf to others. Thank You for your service

Kind of, but not very well

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

This Dr is a complete kook he is only giving people meds to shut them up and not worrying about what the true nature of thryre issuues are and when is called upon to seek medical advice he hangs up on his patients but not before laughing at them when they are in pain due to a broken limb they call this guy a "family Dr" I would take my children to Dr suess before I would ever return to this place !!!!! If u value the lives of Ur family member be sure to go to some one else for medical help

Dr. Knouf is great. He knows what he is doing and explains everything in great detail.. I wont ever see anyone but him.
