Initial visit was positive. Turned sour after having to wait 14 days for test results or any communication from the office. Patients should not have to do the leg work on getting a prescription. A failure to follow through left this patient very disappointed, and I will not return.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Dr. Melecia is thorough and attentive and knowledgeable. The staff is professional and quick. And she isn't trying to sell doctor visits. She is clearly a patient advocate.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting area and the office in general are very nicely done.
