the staff at this drs office are really bad, rude and lazy. a lot of patients there are complaining about the services these personnel provides.
I went to see him on a Monday cause I had a flu sore throat. the lady PA send in a Rx that is related to the penicillin and Im allergic to it. pharmacist at heb had to call for another med and it took them 4 days to send in a new medication. ive had many issues with this personnel.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office equipment was in superb shape. I definitely felt safe under their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Dr. Griego makes sure you feel very comfortable and shows that he cares for his patients unlike others I've visited. Will definitely keep him as my PCP.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.
