I've been a patient for about 18 years. Dr penning is a average doctor and have very little complaints about him. My complaint is with the front office. These people make so many mistakes its ridiculous. The practice manager, Debbie Khan, always has an attitude, is very rude on the phone, and very unhelpful. I Hear people complaining about this all he time. Just wonder if Dr Penning realizes this. Just found a new Doctor and it feels like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Hopefully I'll have a better experience.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
