Dr. Alvear has had his license to practice medicine REVOKED by the State of Texas Medical Board. Questionable ethics and mediocre results. Beware of the practice. The office is NOT on Pin Oak but on Ave. D in Old Katy. Office staff is borderline interested in even being there. Outrageous fees for medical records, well above the State allowed limits.

My only complaint is sometimes it is difficult to get someone on the phone,but that is rare. I appreciate his bedside manner and ability to answer every question i have without seeming rushed.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Yes! It was effortless!

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
No, they were disgusting
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
