They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't and still do not have a problem with Dr Kreit.He was very helpful and actually went the extra mile to help me with my problem. He gave me four shots of anti-bodies that he never gharged me for.Dr Kreit then had me come back a few days later for more treatment and again didn't charge me for two more shots that I needed to get me better. And yes he does take the time to listen to you and answer all of your questions. Thank you Dr. Kreit, you are very much appreciated.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Every question I had was answered thoroughly
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they answered my call right away
