They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

First off Dr. Barlas is very kind and I would not mind for her to become my primary doctor but her office at this location is horrible. I only went here for an emergency reason and had never been before. Plus this place is only eight minutes from my house but I will NOT be going back. I would love to work with Dr. Barlas at another location but this one was terrible.

First off it is extremely dirty and the waiting room is about half of my living room! There are about seven seats and if it's crowded you have to wait outside because it's too small for you to stand up in. some people are so rude that they bring others with them who are not even seeing the doctor so it takes up space. People have small kids all over the place and they take up all the patient chairs. The wait was horrible. I know it's a walk-in but they need to do better. It does not matter how long you've been there. The nurses keep telling you they will call you in a few minutes but a few minutes turns into hours! This was the worst waiting experience I've had. I mean worse than even the DMV. If you go to this location, be prepared to wait for three hours at least.

This place is terribly organized. The TV doesn't work, there are no magazines. There is nothing there to make you feel welcome. What I hated most was unlike other places, when they call you in for the nurse to do your vitals, instead of seeing Barlas then and there, you have to go BACK into the waiting room and wait another hour. Everyone is back and forth, back and forth! It is ridiculous. Why call a patient in to see the nurse if you don't have any rooms for them to see the doctor?

The place is indeed filthy, old, and nasty. I didn't even wanna sit down and I pray that everything is sterile and I don't catch some disease.

I don't care what I have to do. I will never go back to this location. I would not go if someone paid me.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Excellent doctor. Very friendly staff and super efficient service. Waiting time is a bit longer because she is very very doctor but we would never leave her. We simply love this doctor.
