This doctor is only interested in running patients through like cattle. That's only after you've been waiting for upwards of an hour. He gets angry if he must repeat anything for clarification.

Dr. Heine is a good man, but very busy. It helps to have your questions ready before you visit. His nurse is very sweet and helpful. Dr. Heine is very smart and listens well. Don't expect a long appointment though. He's efficient.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

No, and they don't make an effort to even try
