They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The staff was warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are friendly and inviting. The chairs they had in the waiting room were nice and comfortable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
