Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The office was easy enough to find. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
