They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Dr. Orender is one of the most thourough and caring doctors that I have been to. She and her staff make the extra effort to make sure every question and any concerns I have are addressed.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
