I like Dr. Cameron, but her nursing staff is unresponsive. It takes ages to get a prescription refilled, and they do not make aggressive efforts to reach you. One time, they called me at 4:30 on my cell phone. I barely missed the call and called back immediately. Got their answering machine - the office was closed. Tried the next day - no call back from them. Days later I get a letter, "we're trying to reach you with lab results." Yeah - like dial my phone! Maybe more than once." I feel ignored by their office staff. And their phone system menu takes ages. You can never talk to a human. Very frustrating office.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Not very happy with length of time it takes to get a call back or to get lab results.
