The waiting room here is spacious. I have been going to Dr. Panagas for over 20 years, and I love her knowledge, warm personality and sense of humor. I am always very satisfied with my visit. She is always thorough and a good listener. The admin and nursing staff are friendly, helpful and willing to answer simple questions over the phone. Although there is no annoying music playing while I am on hold, they do have a recording of someone talking about all the services they provide. The chairs they had in the waiting room are comfortable.
