I have been seeing Dr. Drexler for 2 years and he is very attentive, kind and genuinely concerned with my wellbeing. The office, however, is absolutely horrible. The billing dept does not return phone calls. I have repeatedly called in regarding the incorrect codes submitted to BCBS and how its become a constant problem resulting in unauthorized charges and my issue has yet to be addressed 6 months after my first call. And now i have to respond to a collectin agency. As caring as Dr. Drexler is, I am confident i can find another provider who cares as much without the added stress of incorrect billing and additional headache of dealing with a collectin agency as a direct result of their carelessness and unprofessionalism.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
