When I first started going to Dr. Johnson/Friar, I thought she was a little stuck up...........after a few visits I felt more comfortable and realized that she just isn't chatty, which is great, since I hate waiting in the waiting room because the Dr. is chatting with another patient. Dr. Friar is very professional and will answer any question you ask. If you don't understand something she says, just ask and she will explain it. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes tops for an appointment. I love her!!

Dr. Johnson is rude. She rushes through appointments and doesn't bother to listen to her patients concerns. I feel ignored every time that I see her. In my opinion she doesn't even deserve one star. She should have been a surgeon, her personality is better suited for patients under anesthesia

I have had to see Dr. Johnson twice when my regular doctor was not in. Dr. Johnson is incredibly rude. She acts like it is an inconvenience for her to be there being a doctor. I would rather sit in an emergency room for hours then go back to her.

she said that she would follow up and never contacted back. found out my son has cancer from the lab results being sent to house and she still has never called him back. her office has still never contacted him with any kind of referral.

i sure hope that once he gets his skin cancer taken care of that he will be alright.

What a horrible experience, having a doctor who could care less.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

The front office staff were really nice and helpful. The medical assistants and Dr. Johnson have always made me feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. I also left the office every time feeling confused, I would leave not even knowing what my next appointment would be for. Dr. Johnson would rush out of the room after the check ups like she couldn't get out of there any faster. I have been VERY dissatisfied with this Dr. and the office staff and have been searching for a new one.
