I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, I don't think so

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

i should have read online reviews before going and done a bit of research, very disappointed. If i had known Dr Rexroth had already been sued in the past for negligence i wouldnt' have gone. Should not be allowed to practice
