The staff is courteous and efficient. Dr. Zack and his staff are caring and understanding. The doctor thoroughly explains medical conditions, orders appropriate tests, and follows up by providing test results in a clear, concise manner. He answers all questions and makes certain the patient understands their options and next steps to resolve any medical issues.

Dr. Zack is a great doctor. He doesn't jump to prescribing medications, antibiotics and pain killers before taking time to actually learn and discuss symptoms. He takes time to explain things to patients. He puts your concerns at ease! Dr. Zack also knows that I prefer natural rememdies over antibiotics and takes the time to explain to me when I am able to use natural treatments and when I must use antibiotics.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I went to the appointment with medical records in hand. This man didn't even look at them before he started with negative comments about my concerns. I was there about a pain, and I had to argue simply to get him to request a CT scan (I am a cancer survivor). The pain I suffered for a week, while waiting to get an appointment, found me leaving his office with no relief for the pain. The kicker is that I asked for non-narcotic pain relief. He simply didn't care. The ER the next day informed me, after some tests, that I had passed at least one kidney stone. That means the pain I felt was valid and totally ignored by this 'doctor'. That makes him unprofessional and unreliable, in my opinion.
