I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
