One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
