Although there is usually a wait to get in to see the doctor in the waiting room, there is a reason for it, he is very caring, knowledgeable, and will take the time to listen to everything that you are having issues with. I have been going to this doctor for 10+ years...if there is an urgent appointment I need, they have squeezed me in. He has a lot of long-time patients and that's why it's difficult to get an appointment right away sometimes. As far as the staff, I don't ever recall them being rude, they have been very helpful and friendly!

I have go e to this practice for around a year. Well recently I had scheduled an appt but after 45 minutes I asked if he was running late as I had to pick my child up. The girl at the desk asked where the doc was at with his 9:40 appt and advised me I was next. When I went back to the room I very politely explained that I had to pick up my child. My blood pressure was taken wrong and I had to ask for a retake yet the nurse still put the wrong one in the system. However at the 1hr and 15min. Mark I had to leave. I caught the nurse in the hallway and apologized but explained I would have to reschedule. At which point the doc walked up I agreed to do my quick check up. Mind you this was just a blood pressure check nothing more. However it was at this point that the doctor began to reprimand me for scheduling my things so close together and telling me I should " learn to schedule better". I wouldn't say the staff is rude but more a bit impersonal and I don't think I will be returning there. While I fully understand docs run late maybe he would be better served to talk to his staff about HIS scheduling versus lecturing patients on theirs.
