I found this doctor listed on my insurance provider listing. I called to make an appointment for my annual physical. I was told that the doctor would have to "approve" me before they would accept me as a new patient. I was told I could expect a call by the end of the day. I called the next day about noon to learn the verdict. After being passed back and forth a few times I was told "the doctor is not accepting new patients at this time". I asked if he was not accepting new patients, or not accepting ME? She just repeated the statement. I asked her why I had been rejected and she said "It’s totally up to the doctor's discretion." She would not provide me any more information, nor would she refer me to one of the other doctors. I have no idea what they based their decision on, but I am a healthy 58 year old woman who takes a thyroid pill once a day. I have good insurance and no health issues. I respect the right of this doctor to do as he wishes, and also wanted to let others know that for no reason in particular, you might be declined by this practice. Personally, I would not want to support a business that discriminates this way.

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, I didn't have to wait very long
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
