They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I had gall stones and he told me for 6 months that it was an ulcer. I had to go to the ER and they had to perform an emergency surgery to remove them. He blamed everything on stress. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The front desk seems too overwhelmed. I can never get a person on the phone when I call. His assistant is at best flighty. I feel like my appointment was pointless. More pills and mis diagnosis. They never call back with blood work results. When I called, I spoke to his nurse who failled to mention that my cholestrol was high. They have computers in the room so you are always talking to the back of the doctor's head. After many years, I just went a found a new doctor. I feel Dr. Buendia cares but is too overwhelmed. They need more support staff and would be wise to make an investment in a more experienced mature nurse.
