I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any.
