Dr. Reynolds was great. The office girls were awesome. Wait time was under 10 mins. They took very good care of me.

Dr. Betsy Reynolds ignored test results from an outside physician and failed to diagnose a common health condition that a NP picked up on quickly. She also failed to correctly administer routine immunizations to my child, making a medical mistake and necessitating extra immunizations. In my honest opinion, this physician is negligent and dangerous. I definitely do not recommend seeing her unless you need to get in quickly for a minor issue...she takes walk-ins all day long. From what I saw, her patients are mainly walk-ins and elderly.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
No, it was expensive.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
