Dr. Vinna Humphries has been my primary care physician for over thirty years, and I like her very much. She is truthful but caring and she tells you what you need to hear although she is never rude. I've read comments from others that she "prescribes medications and doesn't follow up" -- whatever that means. She only prescribes medications that are needed and it is up to the patient to follow up! Any necessary follow up appointments are scheduled during the initial visit, but if you have a problem that needs further attention, it's up to you to make an appointment! Common sense. No doctor is a mind reader!
Dr. Humphries does not prescribe narcotics unless absolutely necessary but rather prefers to use less dangerous medications to relieve pain as well as other alternatives such as physical therapy, etc.
Dr. Humphries tries hard to work with her patients to determine root cause of problem, not just treat symptoms. She is up front about saying she has no way to know what certain symptoms mean so she uses tests and often referrals to other doctors in specific fields both to eliminate other possible causes and to find the exact problem.
If you cooperate with Dr. Humphries she will be a kind and caring physician for your whole family. I give her four stars because none of us are perfect but I believe Dr. Humphries is a good doctor and very sincere in helping her patients. I also know her to be a true woman of faith.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It's a sad truth that many Dr.'s have become accustomed to treating the symptom instead of the condition, which results in over medicating and depending upon ins. can become very costly. Dr.Humphries is about finding what is BEST for her patients, and to be perfectly honest, others need to start following her lead in PATIENT CARE....

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
