They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. This doctor is a TennCare doctor. The times I visited, he's had very few patients but I must always endure a lengthy wait (45 minutes to 1 hour). On one occasion I commented to the staff about the wait. A female staff member said that I should expect to have to wait because "after all, this is a TennCare doctor. If you want to see a good doctor without a wait, you need to have good insurance."
