They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr Keating was awesome! If it weren't for him, I would have never had the surgery needed to improve my quality of life. I had an ileostomy that needed reversal Nine surgeons said "it can't be done". Dr Keating looked for over a year until he found one who said yes. Dr Keating delivered my son and took great care of us. I will miss him. The desk staff and nurses are great here! If only the other doctors Would trust themselves to my care, I'd still be there. My son is staying. Go here!!

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
