Medical services are OK and I am comfortable with the medical providers here. Back-office staff can leave a bit to be desired and can be very rude. The billing here is the worst that I have ever experienced. It has not been unusual for me to get a bill several months after the service was provided. When you request an explanation, the staff will either dismiss you or be hostile.

Requested a discussion with the principle over poor treatment by staff, set up appointment, they broke it; leaving me to believe that they couldn't be bothered. This is not to say that all the staff is customer-hostile, but overall I'm not sure the service is worth the aggravation.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.
