They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Dr. Raphael is a great doctor. You can be assured he will go out of his way to listen, and make sure you get the best care possible. I will continue to seek his medical advice as long as he practices medicine.His staff is always polite and courteous; and the office is immaculate. We need more real doctors like this now a days.
