The office could definitely use some attention to details as it relates to cleaning, especially in the exams rooms. The staff is friendly, especially the front desk receptionist and the lady who takes the vital signs, however, Dr. Burruss' attitude could definitely use some tweaking to say the least. I have been to this facility on five occasions (once being turned away after being told that the had inadvertently put me in the incorrect time slot for the type of appointment I had scheduled...this after I drove a half hour to get there AND paid my co-pay, which they kept!) and on each occasion, this physician has consistently talked down to me and disregarded my concerns for my child's health. She is always late and routinely keeps us siting in the exam room for well over an hour past our appointment time! When I asked her about this, she blew me off by simply replying that this ha are like this "sometimes" i.e., ALL the time from what I've witnessed. Prior to visiting this physician, I saw that her grades on a other rating site were very low, but I still decided to give her the benefit of the doubt anyway...bad decision.
