She knows her stuff, BUT I been going to her for 9 years and she has gotten greedy, she charges 120.00 for office visits no matter what is printed on your insurance card , and she has a wait time of 3 hours, I went in for pre op visit, and 4 hours later I was done, I know her tome is valuable but so is mine. I have watched her practice go down hill

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
