Difficult to actually speak with the doctor. Difficult to get paperwork coompleted. Contacted the office several times via phone. Requested a call from the doctor via fax and phone several times. The doctor hides behind staff to avoid contacting you or dealing with your directly. Staff is very nice and doctor is nice to your face, however good luck with any paper work needed to be completed and actually speaking with the doctor himself when you need help. My family will be leaving this practice. The proffesionalism of the doctor was a huge let down.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
