They are horrible! They treat you like a number, they will not work with pre-existing conditions. Staff is incompetent and rude. DO NOT GO TO THEM! THey try to play God.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
