I was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist who was very helpful and kind. Then an lab tech took my vitals and interviewed me; she was also extremely kind and professional. I did have to wait a bit longer for the doctor than I should have but I believe it is because he was providing the same thourough care to the previous patient that he provided me with. I felt comfortable and respected with my new physician.
