The staff is not very friendly, nor helpful. They maked mistakes and then make you feel like it's your fault. Calling them is an inconvenience, which I try to avoid at all costs.

Kanumilli is a great doctor. My review is mostly about her office staff, which we all have to deal with in order to see the doctor.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. This doctor has no clue about insurance policy details. She made me look like a freeloader by humiliating me crassly in front of her patients when I tried to explain to her that charging me a copay was not required since my annual physical was 100% covered by my insurance company. Wprst patient-doctor experience in my life!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
