I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments?
Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
