Derrick Skaggs is the least professional health professional I have ever encountered. He was abrupt, rude, foul-mouthed, arrogant and dismissive. He was also wrong. After seeing Skaggs, I followed up with an actual doctor, an ophthalmologist, who, after a careful exam, made a different diagnosis and treatment plan. Mr. Skaggs does not warrant the title of "doctor," as a doctor is a professional and there is nothing professional about the way Skaggs operates.
